LaserAway Tysons

I bought 3 lip injections as a packaged deal back around 2024. Today, I came to Tysons Corner Laser Away wanting to use my last unit of lip filler. I came in not knowing who I was assigned to. I was so lucky to get Zakiya(sp?). She was experienced- I showed her an inspo. picture and she tailored that look to my lips perfectly. I am glad she told me to come back in 2 weeks, she did half today and will use the other half next time. If she didn’t suggest this , I think I would have really big lips… lol! Also, seems like some of my previous lip filler from 2025 has set into my lips and is still there. The remaining filler from before added some natural plumpness/ volume to the look Zakiya did today. I Came in today to do Cool sculpting. Ameena was my nurse she was very thorough explained everything to me. She made sure I was comfortable. It was a really good experience. Everyone at the front desk was very nice also. It was a really great experience. And it's a beautiful clinic.

I had such an amazing experience with my CoolSculpting treatment! From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel comfortable and welcome. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain exactly what to expect throughout the entire process. The treatment itself was much easier than I anticipated, and I felt like I was in great hands the whole time. I really appreciated that they were honest, professional, and never made me feel pressured. The office was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, which made the experience even better. I left feeling confident that I chose the right place for my treatment. I highly recommend this office to anyone considering CoolSculpting or other aesthetic treatments. I have been a LaserAway client for quite some time for laser hair removal treatments, and up until now, I've always had positive experiences. Unfortunately, my recent first microneedling appointment was the worst experience I've had at this location. I’m glad I didn’t purchase a package because knowing how much I spent with such unprofessional customer service really blew my mind. I arrived about five minutes before my 1:00 p.m. appointment. After checking in, I sat in the lobby for quite a while. Since I know numbing cream needs time to take effect, I expected that process to begin promptly. Instead, it wasn't until much later that the receptionist asked if I wanted to start the numbing process so I could have the full 30 minutes. I agreed because my skin is very sensitive. I was then taken to the back, where I was instructed to wash my own face in the bathroom before applying the numbing cream. After the numbing cream was applied, I was left alone in a treatment room for about 30 minutes. During that time, no nurse checked on me. I will also add that it was the receptionist who apply the numbing cream because I guess the nurse was still busy. Once the nurse finally came in, I was moved to a different treatment room to begin the procedure. She removed the numbing cream, cleansed my face with an alcohol wipe, and started the microneedling treatment. Unfortunately, the microneedling device stopped working three separate times. Each time, she had to leave the room to charge or troubleshoot the device before returning. Even she commented that the situation was frustrating and unusual. Having the treatment interrupted multiple times made the experience feel disorganized and significantly affected my confidence in the procedure. Even the nurse was frustrated with this happening 3 times and I had to wait 10 minutes each time for her to return back into the room. After the treatment was finished, I was told the cooling mask would remain on my face for only two minutes. However, the nurse then left the room to go make a maintenance call. By the time she came back, she removed the cooling mask and quickly wrapped up the appointment. The ending felt rushed, and there was very little attention given to my post-treatment care or overall comfort. What disappointed me most wasn't the staff's attitude, they were polite, but the overall level of organization and customer care. Between the extended waiting, having to wash my own face, the repeated equipment failures, being left alone multiple times, and the rushed conclusion, the experience fell well below the standard I've come to expect from LaserAway. I chose LaserAway because of its reputation for providing a premium experience, and this appointment did not reflect that standard. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future clients receive the level of care and professionalism they expect.
