Shalom at the front desk was amazing! She took the time to walk me through all the services and helped me figure out what would be the best fit for me. I especially appreciated that she helped me choose the most cost-effective package for what I was looking for. She was incredibly kind and welcoming — such a lovely person! I also learned that all of the providers are nurses rather than aestheticians, which made me feel even more comfortable. Shay was my nurse for my first appointment, and she was wonderful. She was patient, thorough, and happy to answer all of my questions. She made the whole experience feel easy and was super friendly!
I had thought about doing laser hair removal for a while but was always too scared. I am so happy I decided to do it and I am so happy I am doing it here. They have the best nurses. I have always felt comfortable, and they always go above and beyond to accommodate me if I am feeling any pain and need more cold air or if I need to talk through it to distract myself. I am seeing incredible results! The staff is exceptional from the desk to the nurses. Shout out to Shay for my pain free full body laser hair removal session and Jackie and Shalom at the Desk for being always so nice to talk to! I do hope they pump the AC some more over the summer so they can be more comfortable.
