I had such a wonderful experience! The place was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. My laser technician was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly sweet, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session. She really made the whole experience so pleasant. Excellent customer service, and I couldn’t be happier with my visit. Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful experience on opening day, with Micahla she was amazing! She was so kind, personable, and informative. She took the time to answer all of our questions, made us feel comfortable, and explained all of our options and services clearly. We truly appreciated her patience and professionalism.
Wow. I went in for a treatment yesterday, and decided that I needed another area done. I was prompted to speak to the people at the front desk to upgrade. Ashley only had a few minutes before the next appointment and said if I was quick she could fit me in I was given a lot of details about different packages and discount discounts by some girl named Michaela, and was asked if I was interested in other treatments like Botox or a Hydro facial with the suggestion that it would be complementary with the package I was purchasing. She tried to push me into so many services I was clearly not interested in including arm hair. I really wasn’t interested in anything else, but she kept pushing, insisting the price was the same or better, but refused to show any prices. I felt pressured to agree quickly so I could get the treatment done And was allegedly getting all of these discounts. When I got home and looked at the receipt, I saw that these treatments that were offered as complimentary were in fact not. I did not agree to purchase a hydro facial for $200. I was also billed $350 for something called an icon membership. I don’t know what that is and I don’t remember agreeing to purchasing it. The bill listed a price over $500 more than what I was shown. Even my treatment plan is for the complete wrong areas - I verbally agreed that I’d be interested in upper lip **if free and included** and Michaela gave me a 10 package neck removal and 8 package full face hair removal treatment (???) these are not the services that were described or that I verbally agreed to, AND at a different price and with different financing terms than my initial package. I am absolutely appalled that I was asking for one area extra and somehow am now being charged for all of these laser hair removal treatments, that I quite frankly do not want. Please stay away from these people and support a local provider- this is NOT worth the headache it’s already been.
Workers were very kind and everything was clean and sanitary! I had a great experience at this location.
