I had such an amazing experience with LHR, and I can’t say enough good things about Diana. From the very beginning, she was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain every step of the laser hair removal process in a way that made me feel comfortable and fully informed. She even offered to do a free test spot on my face and neck, which really helped ease my nerves and gave me confidence moving forward. What really stood out to me was how attentive and genuinely caring she was throughout the entire appointment. I’ve been dealing with Hashimoto’s and PCOS since I was 9 years old, so managing hair growth has been a long and often frustrating journey for me. Diana approached my situation with so much understanding and compassion. I met with Diana for broken capillaries on my face. I suffer from rosacea and this is a side effect. I didn’t know where to turn for treatment until I found LHR online. Diana’s reviews were very positive, so I set-up an appointment. Diana is just as nice in person as she is on the phone. She explained the type of treatment I needed and did a test spot to see how I tolerated it. I need the IPL treatment. She is so caring and put me right at ease. Words cannot express how incredibly happy I am with the results from the electrolysis treatments Diana provided. I had a consultation with Diana for electrolysis/laser to set up a treatment plan for permanent hair removal. She was very thorough & explained every step of our future treatment plan together. She listened closely to all of my concerns & dug deep into my previous history around hair growth so she could create a hair removal plan custom to my needs. She did a test spot of laser & checked on me after her normal working hours to make sure I was reacting well. She is very passionate about her job & is incredibly sweet. She showed that she cares deeply & made me feel like she’s going through this hair removal journey with me. I look forward to working with her in the future!
