The staff is very informative and very friendly. Since I started this journey I have notice the difference in clothes and my energy level has boost up. My biggest change was when I got on the plane the tray was no longer hitting my belly. Note along with the body sculpture I have change my eating habits. The team is so excited for me and the transformation I am enduring.
I used the Mokena location, but same company. I purchased a discounted red light therapy session and was talked into purchasing a much more expensive package. Initially I was happy, but on the way home I started experiencing symptoms. Since then (4 days so far) I have had intermittent bouts of lightheadedness, dizziness which led to nausea and vomiting. I have had several episodes, including one that caused me to fall and have an er visit. I have also missed work due to these symptoms and the gym. I messaged the location asking for a refund for my ENTIRELY UNUSED package and they are refusing. Absolutely would not recommend
Bought a Morpheus8 package that cost over $2000 which was was suppose to include 10 red light therapy session. Well the Morpheus did absolutely nothing for me, I have reached out and of course no one gets back to me. Don’t waste your money here, go to a good reputable med spa. This place just sells stuff to sell it. And as far as my red light sessions last time I tried to schedule one they told me I didn’t have any more available when I only used 6 of 10. They also scammed my friend into a Morpheus package she didn’t need. The customer service here is god awful and they can’t keep staff.
I had a great experience at Life Sculpt. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt welcoming, clean, and professional. The staff is knowledgeable and takes the time to really listen to your goals, making sure you feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. What stood out the most was their attention to detail and how personalized the services felt. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what to expect, which I really appreciated. I never felt rushed or like just another client. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about results and customer experience, I would definitely recommend Life Sculpt. I’ll be returning and look forward to continuing my journey with them.
