I had a great experience with Dr. Yousef. . . Even though I was out of the area and dealing with COVID, and couldn't make my onsite appt, he pivoted and did a televisit. . . .Tracey followed up with me on post care. . . I truly appreciate that he didn't just dismiss my situation because I wasn't in the office. Excellent and truly attentive care. Thank You!

This office is amazing. Not only are they my primary care, they are like family! Especially Tracey Jones, the best medical assistant in the world. She is the best phlebotomist ever!! Barely feel a pinch! Thanks Tracey!!!

Very kind , courteous, and knowledgeable. From the time I signed in and received my care for my appointment I was treated with respect ,and dignity. I received knowledge about the different types of services that were offered so I signed up for a few. Lifetime Family Urgent Care is a wonderful office weather your getting your annual, loooking to loose weight or other services they offer Lifetime is for you , and your family! My experience at Lifetime Urgent Care was frustrating. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this facility based on the following issues: - Limited Medical Access: You only see a nurse—there’s no direct access to a physician, which limits the depth of care you receive. - Long Wait Times: The check-up process was slow and inefficient, even though the waiting room wasn’t busy. - Insurance Mishandling: They submitted the wrong billing code to my insurance, which resulted in me being charged the full amount instead of just the copay. I had to sort this out myself, which was both time-consuming and costly. - Poor Communication: They do not respond to phone calls or emails. I sent multiple emails regarding my billing issue and received no reply. - Uninformed Billing Staff: The billing manager seemed unaware of basic procedures. Instead of verifying details with the nurse, she submitted a report that contained errors. - Administrative Errors: They misspelled my name in official documents, which added another layer of confusion. - Prescription Oversight: I was told I had a refill available, but it was never submitted—another careless mistake. Given all of this, I will not be returning to Lifetime Urgent Care. I’m actively looking for a more competent and responsive facility that values patient care and communication. I went back and gave them another chance, but there’s a serious communication issue between the doctor and the staff, and among the staff themselves. For example, I asked the doctor for a refill, and he agreed. I reminded the assistant—she confirmed it would be handled. I followed up with the front desk, and they also said the refill would be sent. Yet it’s been over two weeks, and nothing has been received. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this, which suggests an ongoing and systemic problem. Never go back again, I am done! Update: Unfortunately, the same issue I experienced before has happened again. My appeal was initially denied because the billing office failed to submit the correct documents, repeating the exact problem I dealt with last time. I had to file another — and final — appeal myself, and thankfully it was approved. Even after the appeal was resolved, the billing department still did not update my balance. I had to contact the office yet again to request the correction, and I’m still waiting for them to fix it. These repeated mistakes show a clear pattern of administrative incompetence. I’m sharing this update so others can be aware and cautious.
