She was so comforting and knew exactly what areas were needed with Botox & suggestions for better results adding to it! I had such a wonderful experience at Look Lab Med Spa with Amanda and Stephanie! From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly warm, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease. They were also so accommodating with my busy schedule, which I truly appreciated. I came in for microneedling with exosomes and ended up adding on PRP hair restoration. They each took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, answer all of my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable before moving forward. I never felt rushed or pressured. What impressed me most was their honesty and integrity. Rather than trying to upsell me on treatments I didn't need, they focused on what would genuinely benefit me and created a plan that made sense for my goals. That level of transparency is hard to find and gave me so much confidence in their recommendations.
