Friendly, conscientious and professional staff in support of superbly trained cosmetic surgeon. There was a pre-consultative phone interview with Gianna Oliver Lead Medical Asst. and Patient Coordinator, who guided through a comprehensive online survey and photos from different angles. Dr. De Joseph was very friendly and developed instant rapport. His confidence in his abilities and experience was inspiring. It was important to me that he also had medical experience as an ENT, and understood procedures that I had had for sleep apnea and a previous accident. Most importantly, Louis carefully listened to and confirmed my needs--using a large wall mirror to illustrate my areas of concern, and whether and how they would be addressed. I am looking forward to the procedure.
