I had my laser hair removal treatment today, and I honestly left feeling so much better about my experience. After my last appointment, I had a few concerns and areas that I felt weren’t fully addressed, so I came in hoping for some improvements. I’m happy to say that my technician took the time to listen to all of my concerns, answer my questions, and make sure everything was handled properly. She was incredibly thorough, professional, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. I really appreciated that she didn’t dismiss any of the issues I brought up and instead took the time to explain everything and make adjustments where needed. It made a huge difference in my comfort level and confidence moving forward with my treatments. The appointment felt much more personalized, and I could tell she genuinely cared about making sure I had a positive experience and achieved the results I’m looking for. Customer service like that goes a long way, especially when it comes to treatments that require trust and consistency. Thank you for taking the time to correct the concerns from my previous visit and for making me feel heard and cared for. I’m looking forward to continuing my treatments and would absolutely recommend this location to anyone considering laser hair removal. ❤️
I’ve been coming to Lumiere for about 9 years and have had a great experience every time! The staff are very friendly and make sure you are well informed about laser procedures and after care. The pricing for the package is great and hard to beat!
As a person of color, this place has been a 10/10 experience for me. I struggled for years with my beard not growing in evenly, which caused a lot of ingrown hairs and scarring. After starting treatments here, my skin improved a lot and the irritation stopped. I ended up choosing to keep just my mustache, and honestly it was completely worth it. My skin is much clearer now and I don’t deal with the painful ingrowns anymore. If you’re a guy dealing with beard bumps, ingrown hairs, or scarring, I highly recommend checking them out. The staff understands different skin types and has always been professional and helpful. Definitely a spot I recommend for both men and women, especially people with melanin rich skin.
A friend recommended for me to come after having a bad experience with Ideal image. The provider I had was sweet and not annoyed by my request by having gauze and a stress ball for my treatment. They clean the area, treat and then provide aloe, cold compress and SPF!!! I’m excited to continue my maintenance areas here!
