Marina was and has been amazing every time I see her and I am so thankful to have found a trusted, knowledgeable, and high quality medically licensed professional for any aesthetic facial needs! Please go see her if you’re looking for someone you will love your results with :) Edit: after over a thousand in treatments, polite and kind behavior as a client, and entrusting Marina with not only my body, but my privacy and safety, I completely take back this positive review for both her and the salon. Over time she seemed to grow gradually more rude, but I chalked it up to benefit of the doubt. However, the salon itself became such an uncomfortable, aggressive environment where I was treated with rudeness and one employee even purposely bumping into me as I was sitting down with lack of personal boundaries when letting me know Marina was not coming to our last appointment until about 30-35 minutes later. I was polite, kind, and understanding, but when she actually did arrive, her attitude was so incredibly sour. She actually is just like that, and her kindness wares off once your payment goes through. When I even wrote my initial kind review, I absolutely did post it. When for some reason it didn't go through, she replied with major snarkiness and attitude and I felt very pressured that she was insinuating i was lying to where i dropped everything to re-write it on the spot. During our very last appointment where she still basically has over $200 of mine in a membership account because of me being far too uncomfortable with her and the whole salon to ever return, I cannot describe the amount of rudeness I experienced. She came in incredibly late, telling me she had just sold a house and bought a house and her life is in shambles while in stiletto sandals and a miniskirt party outfit (sheer top with exposed breasts/cleavage) with a lab coat over it. Don't get me wrong, as a large breasted person myself, it's no shame to her whatsoever and there is nothing wrong with wanting to dress sexy. It was just a club outfit, not something that made me feel like I was in a legit medical environment. As someone with a surgical background, I would have expected her to have that discernment and know that. The vibe was just very not what you would expect of a medical professional along with the singing ("I'm a criminal! I'm a criminal!") and strange behavior and comments throughout the appointment. Then very rudely accused me of drinking before my appointment, when I was the only person acting normal with respect towards others and just was very bizarre and singing loudly the entire appointment. Combined with her very unapologetic and dismissive attitude towards being so late with a small laugh and sinister smile and humble bragging about the house, and her genuinely bad attitude the whole time, I didnt feel like a valued safe patient for someone who boasts empathy and having so many doctor and surgeon adjacent credentials. I felt like a burden on her way to the club that night. Not a valued patient who believed in and trusted her with my face and aesthetic health, more than happy to pay hundreds of dollars in monthly membership and anywhere from $700 and up for a service believing in her credentials and service. She would cough mouth open loudly at times, in a very odd manner after our first appointment. I also did not appreciate her touching my body before asking when I first met her, she later asked for a hug and that was fine but in hindsight she just seems very odd and all over the place with the way she acts over the top nice and incredibly sour and rude and snarky. Her behavior was not what you would expect of a medical professional of that cost you entrusted your face with. I overall had a consistent, long experience with her that left me feeling very disheartened, uncomfortable, bewildered, and disrespected and unsafe. Once you have paid enough money, her true character comes out. If I was treated with human decency I would have continued as the kind loyal client i respectfully was.

What an absolute gem Marina is! I am extremely particular on who I go to for services, especially when it comes to my face! However, the PRP facial has my skin glowing! I’ve constantly been receiving compliments on my skin! I cannot wait to return for my two other treatments! Thank you Marina for making my experience nothing short of amazing and excited to have found my new skin care home !

I had an amazing second micro- needling experience w Marina - my face is really responding well. The whole spa like experience was relaxing, great conversation, does not hurt at all w the numbing cream on my face. Natalie was so sweet and they remembered my birthday this week and I got lots of goodies! The knowledge and one on one care is amazing! 5 stars, highly recommend!
