⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 1000 Stars if I Could Give Them Tonight, I witnessed something truly extraordinary. My daughter came in with a very difficult situation after removing braids. Her hair had become severely matted, hard knots, tangled, and what we thought might take a few hours turned into a six-plus-hour effort. Iman (the owner) and Lauren worked on her hair from the afternoon until well after closing time. The salon closed at 9:00 PM, yet they stayed until almost midnight refusing to give up on her. Throughout the entire process, they showed incredible professionalism, patience, compassion, and even humor during what was a very emotional and stressful situation. What impressed me most was not just their skill, but their heart. They treated my daughter as if she were family. They remained calm, encouraging, and determined when many people would have simply said, “There’s nothing more we can do.” In today’s world, it is rare to find people who genuinely go above and beyond the call of duty. Iman and Lauren did exactly that. They poured their time, energy, expertise, and compassion into helping my daughter, and I will never forget it. This wasn’t just great customer service—it was an act of kindness and dedication that restored our faith in what true professionalism looks like. If I could give this salon 1000 stars, I would. I was dealing with some back cramps and aching from long hours at work standing, walking, boosting patients, etc. I had booked services for massage and exfoliation with Nadia. It was GREAT! Just what I needed to give my back a nice reset and get those knots out, as well as help clear up my skin too. The absolute best and friendliest customer service as well; Nadia came and greeted me at the door, introduced me to her coworkers, and helped me get relaxed and comfortable in her studio. I am definitely going to book again and try some of the other skin treatments Nadia specializes in too.
