My experience at Lux Dermatology was exceptional from start to finish. The front office team was extremely welcoming, and the décor created a warm yet chic atmosphere that immediately made us feel comfortable. Dr. Barbulescu exceeded my expectations by thoroughly identifying the issue and presenting three different treatment plans ranging from mild to more aggressive options. She clearly explained the timeline for follow-up visits and when additional phases of treatment may be implemented if necessary. Most importantly, I truly felt heard. Dr. Barbulescu took the time to understand my son’s needs, concerns, and the long journey we’ve been on for nearly two years with previous dermatologists. For the first time in a long time, I feel hopeful and can finally see a light at the end of the tunnel.
