I first had my eyebrows microbladed (not by Susan) in 2019. I had had them touched up once and then inquired with Susan about having them touched up a second time. I first saw her in June and her recommendation was that due to the shade and type of ink that had been used in 2019, I have my brows lasered off so we could start with a clean slate. I had 2 laser treatments and then had to wait 8 weeks to have Susan work on them. I was basically without eyebrows for 3 months! I had my first appointment with Susan yesterday and I am beyond thrilled with my new brows. I literally can’t stop looking at them. What I appreciated most while working with Susan (aside from my fabulous new eyebrows) was her honesty. I knew she cared deeply about her craft when she advised me to get my old brows removed before she started working on them. Many people will just take your money and not care so much about your satisfaction, but I knew I had found the right person when Susan told me to be patient. I’m so glad I “followed the process.” Thank you, Susan! I can’t wait for my touch-up in November.

After a horrible nano brows experience elsewhere, I contacted Susan to see if she could correct the disaster. She was so wonderful! She took the time to explain everything to me, and while not promising any miracles, she did assure me that she could improve the appearance of my brows. I was so relieved and was able to relax during the comfortable two hour appointment. She did a wonderful job for me! My brows look fantastic! I am SO grateful to her for taking me on and trying to fix someone else's bad work. She is a very nice woman, the office is bright and clean, and the music is soothing. I first went to Susan at Luxe Ink because I didn’t like my eyebrows. I am older and my eyebrows are turning gray. At the same time they are thinning! Susan is very professional! Explains things until you are comfortable. Susan is very detailed oriented, by the time I left my eyebrows were perfect and beautiful. I am so happy with Susan’s work that five of my friends also have their eyebrows done. We are all thrilled with the results. I just went back yesterday for a “refresh”.
