I am extremely disappointed with how this practice handled a recent scheduling and billing situation, especially because I genuinely think the doctor is personable and a good person. He has a wonderful bedside manner, and I’ve been happy with the care I received from him. Unfortunately, my experience with the administrative side of the practice has been completely different. I had an appointment scheduled for July 23. On July 20, three days before my appointment, I emailed the office specifically asking to reschedule my appointment from that week to the following week. The office responded acknowledging my request to reschedule and offered me alternative dates. I did not respond to select a new date, but at no point was I told that my July 23 appointment would remain active unless I confirmed a replacement date. I reasonably believed that because I had contacted them in advance asking to move the appointment, I was no longer expected to attend on July 23. I was then charged $542 for the missed appointment. When I called to explain the misunderstanding, I was told that because I had asked to “reschedule” rather than “cancel,” and had not confirmed a new date, my original appointment remained active. What made me even more uncomfortable was being told that they could help me avoid the charge by doing a virtual consultation instead. My scheduled appointment was for an in-person facial treatment, so I did not understand why I would need a virtual consultation or what meaningful service it would provide in place of the physical treatment I had scheduled. I did not feel comfortable participating in a consultation I did not need simply as a way to resolve a $542 charge. I understand and respect that medical practices have cancellation policies. However, I contacted the office three days in advance with the clear intention of moving my appointment—I did not simply fail to show up This is incredibly unfortunate because I really do think the doctor herself is wonderful, and I would have happily continued seeing her. I am extremely disappointed by how this was handled and wish the office had shown more understanding and made a reasonable effort to resolve what was clearly a scheduling misunderstanding.

I had a facial treatment here today, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel incredibly welcome. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and attentive, and the clinic itself is absolutely spotless and beautiful. Dr. Martinez Diaz was outstanding. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and you can immediately tell he truly knows what he’s doing. He’s a genuine professional who really cares about his patients. The treatment was amazing, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for top-quality aesthetic and dermatology care. I’ll definitely be coming back without a doubt. Thank you to the whole team!

Dr. Gabriel Martinez Diaz is truly one of the most kind, professional, and knowledgeable people you could meet. He has such a welcoming personality and makes people feel comfortable right away. You can tell he genuinely cares about what he does and takes a lot of pride in his work. He’s very personable, attentive, and easy to talk to, which I think is so important when choosing a doctor. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a dermatologist who is knowledgeable, caring, and truly passionate about helping people. My skin has improved drastically since I started seeing him.

Dr. Martinez Diaz is a gorgeous person inside and out. He really cares about every patient. He is really perfectionist with his work. All the staff in here are amazing, so friendly and professional. The clinic is really clean, the design is outstanding. And I really love the location. The products they use are high quality. Definitely going back soon!!! Everyone should check this place out, if they want to see their skin glow!
