I have been a loyal client of Magnolia MedSpa for years, and I can truly say that my experience has always been wonderful. Sonya, the owner, has built something really special, and you can tell how much care, time, and attention goes into both the business and the client experience. I originally started seeing Emma for advanced treatments to target scarring at the Gainesville location and have trusted her for years. She is incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to listen. I now see her at the Cumming location as well, and will continue to follow her back & forth from Gainesville. I have also had the pleasure of seeing Vanessa, and she is just as amazing. She is professional, attentive, and makes you feel completely comfortable from the moment you walk in. The management team has always been kind, responsive, and accommodating, and I have consistently felt valued as a client. In an industry where trust is everything, Magnolia has earned mine over and over again. I know every business can receive mixed reviews, especially from unhappy former employers and friends of.. but as someone who has personally been a client for years and has experienced both locations, I can confidently say that my experiences with Sonya, Emma, Vanessa, and the Magnolia team have been nothing but positive. I genuinely recommend Magnolia MedSpa to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and caring team that truly wants their clients to look and feel their best.

After several years as a loyal client, I am extremely disappointed in Magnolia Medspa and how it has handled Haley’s departure. Haley is the reason I kept coming back. She listens, takes exceptional care of her clients, and delivers results I trust. I have referred multiple friends specifically to her, and they became regular clients for the same reason. My appointment is tomorrow, and I just received a voicemail informing me that Haley is no longer there as of today. Friends who had appointments today told me they were not informed until they arrived, when they were told she had been dismissed. That is an unacceptable way to treat clients who have invested their time, money, and trust in a specific provider. My friends purchased a substantial gift card for me specifically so I could see Haley. Now, the only injector I trust there is gone. Once I can reach someone, I will be canceling my appointment and requesting a full refund for that gift card. Management can make staffing decisions, but clients can absolutely judge how those decisions are communicated and handled. Last-minute voicemails and surprises at check-in show a complete disregard for loyal customers. When someone is performing injections on my face, my choice of provider is not an interchangeable detail. Haley earned my loyalty over years of excellent care. Magnolia’s handling of this situation has cost it my business and my future referrals.

I’ve been seeing Angie over the past several months for clarifying facials, peels, and microneedling and my skin seriously looks the best it ever has! I have always struggled with breakouts, acne, and super sensitive skin and this experience has made me feel so confident in my skin! My skin texture and acne scarring have vastly improved and I have noticed significantly less breakouts all around - and the glowy-ness is of course a plus! She makes me feel so comfortable and gives me ALL the information about what we are doing and why we are doing it. Her knowledge and technique is out of this world! 10/10 experience every time!!

I absolutely love Haley! I’ve been seeing her for about a year now. She’s very conservative and always makes me feel comfortable about the amount of Botox/dysport she does. She doesn’t overdo it and makes it look so natural! Can’t recommend her enough!
