⭐ 1 STAR — ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! BEWARE OF MAKEOVER AESTHETICS! I am extremely upset and disappointed with Makeover Aesthetics. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business. I paid for a treatment that was NEVER COMPLETED, and to make matters worse, THE CLINIC CLOSED WITHOUT ANY NOTICE TO ITS PATIENTS! No phone call, no warning, no explanation. They simply closed, leaving me with an unfinished treatment and a financial obligation that I am STILL PAYING FOR. How is this acceptable? How can a business take a patient’s money, fail to complete the services they promised, and then close its doors without properly informing or assisting its patients? I trusted this clinic, and now I am left paying for services I never fully received. This is completely unfair, irresponsible, and unacceptable. Patients deserve respect, transparency, and accountability. We are not just numbers or financial transactions. We are real people who trusted this clinic with our money and our care. I STRONGLY WARN OTHERS TO THINK TWICE BEFORE TRUSTING MAKEOVER AESTHETICS. I am demanding accountability, a proper explanation, and a fair resolution for the unfinished treatment I am still being charged for. CLOSING A CLINIC DOES NOT ERASE ITS RESPONSIBILITY TO ITS PATIENTS!

I have collected documentation and all screenshots of my communications with this company sdcampbell07. I have begun the process towards filing a class action lawsuit and reaching out to all people impacted by this company. I am Extremely disappointed. Drove to this location after not being able to reach a team member by phone or text. I walk up to the establishment to find that they have permanently closed. Without any notice to their clients … I had to reach out on social media .. to be told that “ by their records I had finished all of my treatments.” When I have texts messages clearly showing that I was still reaching out to schedule my next round of appointments. The initial package I bought was for skin rejuvenation (scar treatment) around 3800.. . but the laser treatment was too painful …so I opted for another treatment which cost less than what I was initially charged.. now I’m trying to reach someone at their Miami or Orlando location to verify my sessions…now they are stating that they have to “verify with Amy” whether or not I had any appointments left. I kept record of all of my appointments.. and I should have a credit to my account as the second service I was told by Amy was only 1180.00 this is extremely unprofessional. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and if anyone needs support please contact me as Cherry finance has been notified. If i can not complete any more sessions then I need to be credited back what was not used. This is unfair business practice and is impacting client's credit. I was told that they are not members of the BBB and I now see that the owner has now moved the "atlanta location" from her bio. I took screenshots of all of this. Ok. So I’m not going crazy. I purchased a package using Allegro. I had space these appointments out as they are ridiculously painful and it takes a while to heal from carboxy, hot lasers, and needles. Even in 2023, they were cancelling appointments, saying xyz wasn’t available and all kinds of excuses for why you can’t get service. I was pregnant last year and informed them of this. They told me I could resume service after delivery and healing. I called earlier this year to try and set up my service again but was told they have to speak to a manager about it because it’s been over a year without service. No one ever called. I called and called and called. No response. No answer. They stole thousand of dollars from clients and did not complete services. A complete breach of contract. I’ll be filing a more formal complaint now that I see I wasn’t the only victim.

I do not recommend this company. They make you pay up front but will not provide any refund or resolution for incomplete service. Communication is terrible. The technician that was doing my work left and the company left me hanging for months. When I was able to finally speak with someone 3months after my appointment was canceled they wouldn’t even provide a partial refund or discount under the circumstances. They canceled multiple appointments on me also. This is why you should never pay up front 100%. Now it’s been 6months and i show no visible difference for scar camouflage. I suggest you take your business elsewhere

Hello, I am extremely disappointed to learn that your Atlanta, Georgia location has ceased operations without any communication to your clients. I was undergoing treatment with your company and had a follow-up appointment scheduled for October. The most important part of my procedure — the camouflage of my scars — has not yet been completed, and since then I have been trying to reach you without success. Today I went in person to your Atlanta location and found the place completely empty, with no notice, no communication, and no information regarding a new address or the continuation of services. I would also like to emphasize that I am still making my monthly payments on time, and therefore I need to know how my treatment will be continued and how this situation will be resolved. Please also let me know whether you have relocated or if the Atlanta location has been permanently closed. I expect a response as soon as possible.
