I cannot recommend Dr. Bonaccorsi to be your healthcare provider. I came in to treat my facial acne. After raising concerns of possibly having to take intense medication, Dr. Bonaccorsi gave me a month from my consultation appointment to decide whether or not I would be comfortable with beginning accutane - and if not, we would discuss other possible options that may be more agreeable with me. For the time in between, she prescribed me a topical gel. I ultimately decided against accutane due to personal reasons and also began experiencing unfamiliar reactions from the gel. I waited till our next appointment to address all this and made sure to communicate with Dr. Bonaccorsi. However, the time came, and she instantly invalidated and judged my decision against accutane. Furthermore, she continued to call me a "wimp" for expressing physically painful reactions to the gel. In absolute shock, I was speechless. She went on, but after noticing my change in manner, she briefly apologized for her tone and wording. She, then, explained that "this [was] just [her] professional advice" and if I truly came in to clear my acne, I would just take it. The appointment concluded with giving me another month to decide whether or not I'd change my mind about accutane while also continuing to use the gel. We didn't get to discussing other options, and the appointment lasted for approximately 5 minutes. Afterwards, I paid 90 dollars at the desk for her time. Never have I ever been spoken to like that by a healthcare professional. I knew from then that I would not be moving forward with the clinic. I find the rest of the staff to be incredibly kind: those at the receptionists, the medical assistants, and the practice manager. However, if you are searching for a judgement-free fostered environment, I cannot recommend going to Dr. Bonaccorsi. Dr. Bonaccorsi showed no interest in my input and displayed rude remarks to my condition. With the sensitivity and vulnerability one may face when confiding in a dermatologist, I advise you to go to a doctor who can withstand hearing a patient out without interruption before they make a judgment or disagree.

I visited this place for my hair problem and my experience was quite well. They are very well organized which makes the process smooth. Fill out the form before hand to avoid wait time. Doctor was very professional and patient and listened to all my questions. She suggested me different solutions which I am comfortable with. I will post complete review once I see the results.

This afternoon, I consulted with Dr. Herbert Alexander regarding an issue with my scalp. I genuinely felt that he truly cares about his patients, and I was deeply impressed by his outstanding knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend him to anyone with skin-related concerns. In addition, all of the staff at the front desk were truly excellent.

Always a great experience. Everyone is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
