Had appointment at 9:20 AM. Arrived at about 9:00 and was taken back very quickly to an examination room. The MD came in a few minutes later and spent more than ample time discussing my issue. Overall excellent experience. Staff very friendly and courteous. MD very friendly and knowledgeable.
Dr. Pompa is the best. She is so gentle and has the best eye for aesthetics. I’ve been really bummed about aging and went to her for a few tweakments. I trusted her recommendations and feel and look so much better. All treatments were done so gently. Everything is subtle but so pretty. For any woman/man looking for a little glow up that’s natural but extremely satisfying trust her! I even had a little lip filler dissolved that had migrated (not her work) and it was PAINLESS and I had instant gratification. I hadn’t noticed the migration and what it looked like and I am SO glad I trusted her eye. 10/10 she’s just the best.
This was my first experience with a dermatologist as I have never been to one before , and I booked a skin and cosmetic appointment, after consulting my weird experience with Dr. Janelle Vega I learned from others she never provided a skin check let along review skin routines it was clearly was an inconvenience for her as well as just providing the bare minimum . I certainly paid my co pay and she will definitely be sharing my insurance I’m sure . she only wanted to do a sales pitch and give me an unnecessary consultation of $10,000 of different provider items . Never heard my concerns and certainly scared me from ever getting Botox in life . come to find out I needed to prep my skin before I even get a moxi laser and she never discuss this . so no, not satisfied at all , very disappointed this is the type of doctor and health system we have now just injectors looking to quick money .
The medical staff is very professional and courteous, and Dr. Joy is an exceptional dermatologist that takes time with her patients, and always offers the best possible treatment.
