From the minute that I made my first appointment, the staff has been AMAZING. They answer all of your questions. They give you the information that you need for success. I very seldom walk into an office and feel totally comfortable and they make you feel that way. I have lost 80lbs since I started going to this office and I feel great. They guide you in the best way.
I can’t say enough great things about the McKinzie Aesthetics Center (MAC). The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff is absolutely amazing—so kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making you feel comfortable. They take the time to listen to your concerns and customize treatments to fit your needs. What really sets this place apart is the family-like atmosphere. If you’re looking for top-notch care in a place that truly values its clients, The Mac is the place to go! Highly recommend!
So, I hit a certain age and my lips started thinning out and eventually disappeared. I tried another med spa and they did a lousy job. A year later I decided to try again and found the MAC. The office is immaculately clean, stylish and bright. Thanks to Erica, I can wear lipstick again because I have my lips back! Erica did an amazing job with my lip flip and filler, inflicted no pain and left me with natural looking lips and 0 bruising. I also saw Jasmine that day for a little lasering and a dermaplane,. Both ladies are kind, gentle and actually care about your results. The entire staff is wonderful and I could not be more pleased with my results!
The MAC has been the best experience I have had with any other esthetics. The staff is always comforting and the environment is phenomenal. Going to a new place (especially when it comes down to your appearance) can be an extremely stressful; however, I would recommend ALWAYS going to the MAC. Again, the environment is amazing and the results you achieve just adds a little bit more. ;)
