I recently went in for my first time tox and had such a great experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and very professional. They took the time to explain the entire process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable before starting. The treatment itself was quick and virtually painless. I really appreciated how informative they were about what to expect afterward and how to care for the treated areas. Overall, it was a friendly, informative, and positive experience. I would definitely recommend this provider to anyone considering Botox for the first time or looking for a place that truly makes you feel at ease!
Love the new location!!! So easy to get to and parking was easy. My session with Dawn was amazing! She was very gentle, being it was a different machine for hair removal than I was used to prior. She also answered questions I had about other procedures I was interested in. I will be booking again soon!!! Thank you also to the super nice staff at the front desk area.

I had a great experience with MD Esthetics in Londonderry. They were patient, kind and very informative. The lip flip is slightly over priced in my opinion because if you do not need a lot you are paying a lot per unit, but that being said I am new to botox and it may be the going rate. However, I do think more education for first time users on pricing and and how units work before hand would be helpful. When I did ask more details in my follow up the NP was very helpful and informative and went above and beyond to explain how botox works and the safty measures they take. The administrative staff are wonderful too. I am looking forward to going back. I highly recommend.
