Hate to write a negative review but I am shocked at the service my mom received here. I got her the deluxe hydrofacial with Korean laser facial and lymphatic drainage special they were offering for a Mother’s Day sale. Spent $350 for my mom to get this “deluxe spa service”. When she went in for her appointment today her facial started at 2:00PM and was completed by 2:30PM. We’ve gotten these same services at other spas and I’ve never had a hydrofacial that was under 50 minutes so I was floored when my mom told me they spent 30 minutes completing 3 services. I have an appointment here Thursday for the same treatments and I will be canceling my appointment. It’s very disheartening because me and my mom both are reoccurring clients here and have been very satisfied in the past but apparently if you are not getting a treatment that is more costly ie: moxy laser or micro needling (which is what we usually came in for) they don’t put in the same effort. I will not be returning after my mom’s experience. I’m just happy mine was not paid in advance.
I had the XERF laser today. When they held a mirror to my face, I was so shocked on how I looked that I couldn’t respond. At 61 years old, I can honestly say that my face looks fabulous. No downtime and went straight to Pickleball. I don’t believe it was my imagination that my teammates were giving me extra looks. No more avoiding mirrors! : )
Oh my gosh, Sandy's truly amazing, professional, caring, and very knowledgeable. I did Moxie per her recommendation. I noticed a big change in my skin after only one treatment, it's smoother and glowing. My skin was very dull, with big pores and some discoloration/sun spots. I'm very happy with the results and looking forward for my next appointment, very soon. I highly recommended Emmanuel MedSpa.
I really did not know what to expect as it was My first time having the treatments! It really was tolerable as I had microneedling as well as a lazer treatment. Sandy performed the treatments and I found her extremely knowledgeable as well as her gentle touch. She told Me Exactly what I was going to feel ; she was Spot On!! I was so relaxed and attribute that to Sandy’s soothing voice and gentle Touch! I can’t wait to go back for my next treatment!
