“Amazing care provided by Dr. Bansal to my entire family and I absolutely love all my procedures with Stephanie. She has helped guide me in areas that would benefit from Botox, as well as the places I was unhappy with volume loss”

Katie, Rose, and Liz are absolutely amazing! They have exceptional bedside manner and always make me feel heard, comfortable, and cared for. They take the time to listen to my concerns, educate me on the services I’m interested in, and provide clear instructions for at-home care. It’s evident that they genuinely love what they do and are passionate about helping their patients. I always leave feeling more confident and happy with my experience. I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful team!
You probably won't even be able to book an appointment anymore, because all of their calls go through an AI. There is no option to talk to a person unless you drive to the office. The AI will not transfer you to a person even though it says it will. It will just hang up on you. No one will ever call you back from the office, no matter how many times you talk to the AI. This office also regularly ignores calls and faxes from your pharmacy for any prior authorization issues or medication questions. And if you want to talk to them about it, you have to drive over there because, again, the AI answers their phones and they never call you back. I went to this doctor initially back in 2024 for a persistent issue. It took them over 2 years and multiple doctors and PAs to get what constituted a diagnosis. They eventually prescribed maintenance medications. However, they require you to come in for regular "follow-ups" if you want to get a refill of the maintenance medications, even though this condition is lifelong and will not change. The "follow-ups" consist of waiting about an hour to be seen for about 10 minutes. The 10-minute conversation consists of the doctor telling me to get a punching bag for my desk to manage my stress, as well as some brochures for some lines of clothing that I'm sure the practice gets some of the proceeds if you purchase them. There are no hours available outside of working hours (even during lunch hours), so in order to get a medication that is regularly needed for a condition that won't change, I have to miss two hours of pay at work to also pay at the doctor for an appointment I don't need to hear the same thing I've been hearing for 2 years. The scheduling system is so messed up that they sometimes had me scheduled for follow-ups every week, even though apparently I didn't need them that often. They never communicated that to me, so I ended up sacrificing hundreds of dollars in co-pays and lost wages to go to these millions of appointments that I didn't need. They have now opened another office, but only have one doctor, so availability to even get in to see something is greatly reduced. I just tried another dermatologist in the neighborhood. They diagnosed the condition on the first appointment, and did not require follow-ups. Try anywhere else.
Very rude, unprofessional and unhelpful receptionists. Their attitudes are always extreme condescending and nonchalant. They also never answer the phone. Doctor doesn’t truly appear concerned with patient’s issues. She spends all of 2 minutes speaking with you and sends you on your way. Felt like a pointless appointment every time we went. Just a waste of time and gas. I’ve had countless negative encounters and decided not to return. Would not recommend at all!
I had a great experience with PA Katie for my skin concerns. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and very easy to talk to. My appointment started right on time, and she took the time to thoroughly address all of my concerns and create a thoughtful plan moving forward. Overall, it was a very positive visit, and I highly recommend seeing her!
