I love Mercer Island Dermatology. I have been coming here for years. It took me a while to find a dermatologist that I like. The staff here is incredible, they actually spend time listening to your concerns and discussing them with you. The office is very clean, parking is available and free. If you are looking for a dermatologist, I would recommend MID.
Phone system is the worse. You are never going to “talk” to anyone if you try to call. The “Klara” chat system is hit and miss. I am trying to find out when and where they send my prescription to, but I am out of luck. Last time I have to physically walk in to find out that information. After 5 months, I am still waiting for my prescription to be filled.
I called specifically asking for a certain laser treatment and was given an appointment with a provider. After the consultation, they told me I needed to book another appointment because that provider doesn’t even use the laser I had asked about from the beginning. It felt very disorganized and honestly gave me the impression they are trying to squeeze extra appointments and charges out of patients. After reading other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one who felt this way.
