Great experience from front desk to the doctor and assistants. Dr. Patterson is knowledgeable, detail-oriented and has a great "bedside manner." The day after my procedure she personally called me to check and she how I was doing! I highly recommend Dr. Patterson even with the trek to the Alpharetta office. 🤣
My initial appointment with Dr. Patterson was great and I truly appreciate her thoroughness, but I’m disappointed in the lack of follow through with the office regarding my prescription. I was suppose to have another shot 2 weeks (which is today)following the previous shot. When I reached out to the office they said they would let me know when they had an update. I followed up with my insurance and they haven’t approved the request because the form was incomplete by the doctor’s office. However, neither the doctor’s office or the insurance company reached out to let me know the hold up and had I not reached out to the insurance company and I would still be waiting on an update from the doctor’s office who did not initially complete the forms correctly.
Very thorough full body exam. Dr. Patterson and her team are excellent. They are very patient and listen to all issues to make the best sound decision for care. I’m very happy and appreciative of the friend referral for Dr. P especially being new to the area.
Dr. Patterson is always a treat. Very professional, detailed in her evaluation, and extremely knowledgeable. To top off, she has a great personality with a great “bedside manner”…so to speak. You couldn’t go wrong if you select her as your dermatologist!
