My experience with Coral D. & Karen E. has been amazing. Karen got me to the right coordinator, walk me through the process and gave me a nice summary of the overall steps. Coral D. has truly been amazing to work with, she quickly returned my calls, answered all of my questions and stayed in contact with me as I figured out what I wanted to do. She was even able to move up my surgery date and made me feel very comfortable that the staff is well knowledgeable and attentive. Thank so much Coral and Karen for your great support and understanding during this process.
So far, my experience has been great. Courtney is very knowledgeable, has excellent customer service skills, and communicates exceptionally well. The person who handled my case before her seemed to have an attitude and wasn't very efficient with communication. I'm so glad Courtney took over my case. She's doing everything she can to keep me informed and updated on what I need to do to prepare for a successful procedure. I'm definitely scared, but she takes the time to reassure me and make me feel like I'm in good hands. Her compassion, professionalism, and dedication have truly made a difference in my experience.
