I have had an amazing experience with Dr. West and Chelsea! From my first interaction with them until my 3 week post procedure appointment this week, they have been so incredibly helpful, friendly, honest and accommodating. Dr. West does amazing work! My results are already better than I imagined, and I'm not even fully healed (I had jawline and neck liposuction with Facetite). I also have some health anxiety and they have been so helpful putting me at ease during this whole process. Very highly recommend!
I’ve had such a positive experience at the Michigan Center for Cosmetic Services. Dr. West is incredibly knowledgeable and talented, but what really sets her apart is her honesty. She never oversells or pushes unnecessary treatments. She only recommends what is truly appropriate for you. Her approach is thoughtful, professional, and focused on enhancing your natural appearance. I always feel like I’m in good hands and would highly recommend her. In addition, Chelsea manages the office very efficiently. She is incredibly helpful and friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you have the best experience.
I have had the best experience at Michigan Center for Cosmetic Services with Dr. West. I had my very first experience with Morpheus treatment, a series of three sessions. I am honestly seeing amazing results from this treatment and will continue to have this done yearly. Dr. West & Chelsea both made me so comfortable and it is so nice to have found something that really is making such a difference.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. West, Chelsea, and this office. I have had several successful treatments here, but recently had Quantum RF with skin tightening in the bra roll area and lower abdomen, both with wonderful results. After three children, I had stubborn lower abdomen fat and struggled with loose skin as many women do after pregnancy. The treatment helped reduce the fat but also tightened the skin beautifully, especially noticeable when I bend down or while sitting. The bra roll also had significant improvement and bathing suits, sports bras and tank tops look really great. The procedure and recovery were extremely manageable. It’s minimally invasive and is great for those with active lifestyles/with children and do not want to go under anesthesia or have a longer recovery. Highly recommend this office for any procedure, but definitely for Quantum for fat reduction and skin tightening.
