First time seeing Stephanie for the Illuminize chemical peel with dermaplaning and she was so friendly, thorough, and down to earth! Absolutely thrilled with my experience! I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Griffin. I came in hoping to improve the symmetry of my face, and the results have far exceeded my expectations. Dr. Griffin has an exceptional eye for detail and truly takes the time to understand your goals. I did my homework, researched the heck out of doctors, and went to a few consultations—but it was clear Dr. Griffin was the one who would deliver the best results. Dr. Griffin remembered every single detail from each visit. His level of care and attentiveness made me feel seen and valued every step of the way. He tailored every part of the process to make sure I was completely happy with all aspects of the surgery—and even came in on his day off to check on me post op. I had such an amazing experience with Allison! She is so kind and caring, as well as skilled and professional. I felt 1000% comfortable with her doing my Botox before my wedding and I love my results! She truly cares about her clients and really listens to make sure you get exactly the results you’re looking for. I would recommend her to anyone!! Also, the facility is gorgeous and the front desk girl was very sweet and helpful. Amazing experience!!

It's been over half a year since Anna Bakeman performed scar revision surgery on my face and I am very disappointed with the results. I essentially have a ball of scar tissue on my face that is more noticeable than the previous scar was. During the consult, I was concerned with scar tissue being a possibility, and she assured me that it would not be an issue. When it became clear that the scar tissue was there to stay months after the surgery, she was somewhat flippant about it and claimed to not remember the conversation we had during the consult. I will note that right before the surgery it was clear she also forgot other things we agreed on during the consult, like direction of the new scar (horizontal vs vertical). She would have done the direction I said I didn't want had I not stopped her. The mood went from helpful to hostile quickly and I decided she'd done enough damage and did not trust her to "help" me any further. I don't think she should be performing surgeries on people. The nurses were nice and helpful each visit.
