I always have a wonderful experience when getting treatment from MWFP. And the professionals working at the clinic are knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Dr Tolan is so skilled and can put treatment options in laymen’s terms so that I can understand my options. Maika is very friendly and efficient and has always been so kind and patient with me when checking me in quickly. Lynn was very nice and informative when educating me on skin care and product options. I am always amazed how these good people are always so professional and friendly to patients. Although shots are not comfortable, Dr. Tolan and staff help them to feel much more tolerable than they might they might. Dr. Tolan is very personable and always trying his best to explain what I need and what we will work on next. I know I look much better because of what he has done to preserve the look of my face. I appreciate all who work there very much. They are always kind and welcoming.
I had procedures performed by an excellent plastic surgeon who suggested more botox. I thought I needed something in addition to botox, so I sought a 2nd opinion. My friend had recent facial work completed by Dr Tolan, and WOW, did she look great! Dr Tolan asked me questions, listened well, and addressed my concerns. He agreed with me additional work was needed, and he explained it clearly. I am so excited and impressed. I have scheduled the procedures we agreed upon. His staff were also personable and knowledgeable.
Dr. Tolan and the entire team are exceptional!I have been a patient of Dr. Tolan’s for well over a decade and have had multiple procedures performed by him over the years. Each and every time he has taken the time to explain exactly what the procedure-along with my expectations can be. He is very thorough and conscientious, as well as highly highly skilled.
