I’ve had a great experience at this clinic! I really appreciated that they offer a free consultation and took the time to listen to my concerns and explain which treatments would be the best fit. Everyone has been very knowledgeable and helpful, and I love that they offer such a wide range of treatments. The appointments are also quick and efficient, with very little waiting around. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. I definitely recommend this clinic!
I chose this clinic based on its reputation, but unfortunately my experience wasn’t what I expected. During my Botox appointment, the doctor talked almost continuously throughout the procedure, which made it difficult for me to ask questions. I also felt that he stood much closer than I was comfortable with during the injections, and the overall experience left me feeling uneasy. After I returned to discuss my concerns, Dr. Lin personally apologized and the clinic refunded my treatment. I appreciate that they took my concerns seriously, but I personally would not return because feeling comfortable and respected during a medical procedure is very important to me.
Dr Lin was absolutely delightful and I loved his energy during my appointment. The rest of his staff was just as welcoming and helpful... I have only had my first appointment but I feel like the knowledge and experience was top notch. I am optimistic that the plan they recommended will give me results i have been looking for.
I had the best of outcomes with CoolSculpting elite at Mill Creek Skin & Laser with Zashary and Robert. It was an incredibly professional and worthwhile experience. Zashary is a sheer delight and incredibly good at her job, and Robert's candor and experience put me very much at ease. I would do it again in a heartbeat, and I highly recommend.
