They appear to dilute their Botox and the advertised specials are different prices than advertised. Once I got it done I was told “they’re just estimates, everyone requires different amounts per area.” I was ok with paying extra because I had already gotten the services and waited months to get it done. However, I left the office with obvious bubbling all over my face which has never happened before, and the results didn’t even last a month, AND I developed an eye twitch in my left eye likely from improper placement which finally subsided. It was pretty painful and had I not had downtime would have been even more embarrassing. As someone who gets it every couple years, it usually lasts a long time. I could understand gradually developing a tolerance to where eventually it doesn’t work, but only lasting a month?! I spoke to my old provider I used before I moved and he explained what I experienced can happen from the Botox being diluted. It then dawned on me that it was not opened and drawn up in front of me as he does, which may be common practice, but I rather the transparency. I emailed my dissatisfaction as a response to Nur’s emailed special and got a call from the “owner.” Her response was I’m a liar and you’re welcome we gave you a discount. If there was a “discount” I certainly missed it because the basic math off the ad I came in on wouldn’t have been near what I paid, but I had the extra money so I can look past that. What annoys me is I paid extra for a poorly done job. She did not try to remedy the situation, did not say she would look into what could have happened, did not apologize, was just rude. So here’s the review I promised to leave for her. I will never, ever go here again and would not recommend anyone including my dog to. I see why they’re having to use shady antics to get business.

I can’t say enough about Nur Medical Spa. Since, going to Nur regularly my skin and body look amazing! I have so much self-confidence now, it has given me more energy in all aspects of life. The staff is friendly. The environment is wonderful and the providers are knowledgeable. The best compliment I received was from my daughter saying, I look better at 50 than she does at 25!
