I had such an amazing experience at Novuu Medspa! I spent the day shadowing Jess and got to see firsthand how she treats every patient like a true VIP. She takes the time to carefully assess each person and thoughtfully recommends what will work best for them. To top it all off, I ended the day as her patient! Jess performed facial balancing using Radiesse and fillers, and her expertise and attention to detail really showed. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I highly recommend her services!
I had an incredible experience as a first-timer at this medspa! From the moment I walked in, Alex was so warm and welcoming, offering drinks and snacks while I completed my paperwork. I was there for my very first microneedling session and felt pretty nervous about the process. However, the care I received completely erased my anxiety. Alex started with a relaxing mini facial massage while applying the numbing cream, which set a great tone. Lauren was my nurse for the procedure, and she was phenomenal. As a woman of color, I had specific concerns about hyperpigmentation. Lauren took the time to thoroughly address my questions and tailor the treatment to my skin's needs. Her background as an ICU nurse gave me complete peace of mind. During the session, she kept things light, funny, and distracting. The pain was barely a 1 out of 10—just a little sensitivity on bony areas and a funny "need to sneeze" sensation on my nose, but absolutely no pain. Afterward, Lauren provided educational, zero-pressure recommendations for future treatments like peels and injectables. It has been two and a half weeks, and my skin is glowing from within. I am officially hooked and will absolutely be back to see Lauren for more microneedling and to discuss Botox. I cannot recommend Lauren and Novu Medspa enough!
Had the best experience here! The vibes are incredible and the staff is so welcoming and sweet! Jess is so thorough and was willing to take so much extra time to talk with me through everything. I've been getting injections for my TMJ for years and this is the first place I've been to that has ever been this informative and truly has their patients best interest in mind. Such a fantastic place and 100/10 recommend to anyone considering scheduling an appointment.
