Great atmosphere, cool location! Used the new client discount which was very helpful. The front desk associate and staff were all very friendly. However, the massage experience left more to be desired. I showed up 2 minutes late (absolutely my fault) for a 75 min massage, but my massage didn’t last even a full hour - I was in my car driving away several minutes before the original end time of the appointment. Additionally, my treatment felt more like a gentle oil rub down than a truly relaxing massage. I stressed my left side as a focal point, but I received a very very light full body rub. My wife had recommended this place due to a great past experience, I just may not have gone at the right time.

From the moment I walked into the spa, I felt completely relaxed. The atmosphere was beautifully maintained- spotless, peaceful, and incredibly serene. Every detail made the experience feel luxurious and calming. Shauna, my massage therapist, was absolutely exceptional. She has such a calming presence and truly gifted hands. I had been struggling with persistent neck pain for months, and after my 90-minute massage, I felt like an entirely new woman. She intuitively knew exactly where the tension was and worked through it with the perfect balance of pressure and technique. Not only did I leave feeling physically better, but I also felt mentally refreshed and renewed. This was one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had, and I cannot recommend Shauna highly enough. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I really wanted to continue supporting this spa because my earlier experiences here were genuinely positive. The facility itself is clean, calming, and conveniently located, and the ambiance initially made it feel worth the higher price point. Unfortunately, over the past year, I’ve had two disappointing experiences that have made me hesitant to return. The first was a massage I booked for Mother’s Day. The massage therapist seemed kind and well-intentioned, but the experience was far from relaxing. She attempted to carry on continuous personal conversation throughout the session, even when I was clearly trying to relax quietly. More concerning, her phone repeatedly went off with text notifications during the massage. I politely asked if she could silence it, and while she apologized, the notifications continued for the remainder of the appointment. For a spa experience at this price level, that felt very unprofessional and disruptive. The second experience was a waxing service with Victoria, which unfortunately was extremely disappointing. The service felt rushed and incomplete, and when I got home and could properly see the results in normal lighting, there was still a significant amount of hair left behind. What made the experience especially frustrating was that I had specifically chosen to pay more for a spa service in hopes of receiving a noticeably higher-quality experience than lower-cost waxing chains. Instead, I left feeling like I had paid premium prices for subpar results. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, and I genuinely think this spa has potential because the environment itself is lovely. But at these prices, professionalism, attention to detail, and service quality really matter. I hope this feedback is taken constructively because I would have loved to continue coming here.

60 minutes massage turned out to be 50 minutes. Asked for more pressure, but she stayed with the light touch. Asked to focus specifically on one part, but she did not - specifically said “I am here for this, spend the bulk of the time on that” At one point the touch felt absent minded with one hand , like she was scrolling the phone with the other. Did not tip. Will not be back.
