Nicole was absolutely incredible from start to finish. From scheduling to the actual appointment, everything was seamless, professional, and stress-free. I have pretty intense medical anxiety, and she handled it with so much patience and understanding. She took her time explaining everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and in control, which made a huge difference for me. I also paid close attention to how sanitary and careful she was with her products and technique—it really reassured me that I was in good hands. Even though I had multiple areas treated at once, the process was surprisingly easy and nearly painless. What truly stood out, though, was her kindness and compassion. As a mom who doesn’t always take time for herself, I sometimes feel out of place in settings like this—but not here. I never felt judged or rushed. She was warm, respectful, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a positive experience. I can’t recommend Nicole enough. If you’re nervous, new to this, or just want someone who truly cares—she’s the one.

I had my first tox appointment for my masseters as a treatment for my tmj yesterday! Nicole was wonderful. I was really nervous, but she has been so sweet & informative throughout the process.
