I had a very relaxing experience getting the Express Facial + Dermaplaining. You’re greeted right when you walk in and both the place + rooms are very cozy. I was treated by Chloe who was very gentle with my skin and very personable through the session. She kept me updated on what she was doing/about to do during the facial and gave me great advice and suggestions on how to care for my skin overall! Will definitely be coming again!
Hands down the best place for all your skin needs. Rosanna and Leah are the BEST! I did a chemical peel with Leah and microneedling with Rosanna. Both were so amazing and I loved how they walked me through the entire process. Rosanna kept up with me after my microneedling which I really appreciated. From the very start my experience was amazing. They answered any questions I had. They did a facial analysis on me and which was very insightful. I am very hesitant to let anyone touch my face after struggling with acne for 10+ years but I’ve seen results after my appointments and that makes me want to keep coming. I live 1 hour away and I will make the drive everytime! Definitely recommend to anyone.
I had an amazing experience with Leah! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The entire treatment was so refreshing, and my skin felt incredibly smooth, hydrated, and glowing afterward. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I highly recommend Leah to anyone looking for a high quality facial I will definitely be coming back!
As a almost 55 yr old, I was very uneducated as to what procedure would help my skin look it's best, Rosanna spent so much time explaining what each product would do, what the down time would be, cost and effectiveness. I (we, lol) decided, based on everything she told me to go with the Microneedling and I LOVE the way my skin looks!!! This will now be something I will continue to do with confidence, and I will always do it at New Image Spa & Laser Center! The salon itself is absolutely gorgeous and has all state of the art Lasers. I am so thrilled I have found my new skin spa. 10 out of 10!!!! Thank you Rosanna!
