I had a great experience from my consultation through my Endolift treatment. Rachel was so kind, welcoming, and helpful, making me feel comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Liliana Manrique was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the entire process and answer all of my questions. Both Rachel and Dr. Manrique were supportive throughout the treatment, and I truly appreciated their care and attention. They made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. Dr. Manrique and Raquel have been amazing they both care so much.. Amazing group of women, offering a great experience and specialized services, always with kind words and support. NewEra is a great find! I love all the staff; doctor Liliana Manrique is a board certified physician, originally from Spain with decades of experience and a massive number of credentials in various skin treatments. She has great bedside manner - listens to your concerns fully and educates to set honest expectations. From facials, lasers to peels and other state of the art treatments, the expertise matters more than the machine in getting a great outcome. So don’t go to medspas with no doctor on staff! Come see Dr Manrique so your investment pays off and your risks are minimized. Especially if you have pigmented skin like me, be very careful about treatments that work on white patients. Dr Manrique knows what works on darker skin vs what is potentially harmful. Her approach is gentle and sustainable, not aggressive and one and done. Also I am a huge fan of Raquel, the patient coordinator. She is just a lovely person who is also as knowledgeable as a physician and given me great advice on various skincare topics. She is very responsive and you’ll never be left stranded when you have questions or trying to schedule appointments. This is the first practice that convinced me to try lasers on my face. I have no regrets. My facial pigmentation has been lifting for the first time in my very long adult life and with very short recovery times.
