This was my first time at NewYou Medical Spa the place was very beautiful, clean, and very calming and welcoming, and you can tell a lot of care goes into both the environment and the treatments offered. They specialize in facials, body treatments, chemical peels, and nano-needling, and everything is done with expertise and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a medical spa with a great vibe and knowledgeable staff, I booked with Amit to do my facial she literally was amazing and super funny and I left the place super refreshed and so ready for my birthday party next week my skin is GLOWING! this is a great place to check out and I will be coming back (:

I had an amazing facial experience at New You Medical Spa! My skin felt refreshed, glowing, and so much healthier immediately after the treatment. The staff was professional, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable from the moment my sister and I walked in. They really took the time to understand my skin concerns and customized the treatment to my needs. The atmosphere was relaxing and beautiful, and I left feeling pampered and confident. Highly recommend for anyone looking to treat themselves and give their skin some love! Roy was especially very professional and understood that we Needs we will definitely be back thank you for an amazing experience!

I would not even give this business one star, but Google does not allow a zero-star rating. The owners sold the original location where I purchased my treatment package and then opened this new business. In my experience, they have continued the same deceptive practices. (They scammed me) I paid $4,400 in September 2025 for a package of facial services and never received the treatments. The original owner sold the business in October 2025, and the new owners claimed they did not have my records. Since October 2025, I have been trying to obtain a refund with no success. I am also filing a complaint with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) and requesting an investigation into their business practices. The owner of NewYou Spa is now attempting to restart my treatment plan instead of issuing a refund. However, after months of frustration and conflicting information, I no longer trust this business. The owner also informed CareCredit that I had received the services, which is untrue. Throughout this process, I have encountered repeated misrepresentations and a lack of accountability. I believe consumers should be aware of these practices before doing business with NewYou Spa. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I hope appropriate action is taken to prevent other clients from experiencing similar issues.

I went to this place last week after seeing on Instagram an amazing facial for $69. When I got there, the front desk girl was the one doing the facial. She was very nice, but basically it was just a regular facial I could have done at home myself. After the facial, they put me in a room with another girl who gave me info for micro needle treatments. When I told her I had to think about it because it was $1600 and I was not there for that. The girls attitude totally changed became incredibly rude and didn’t even wanna give me her card when I was leaving. She obviously does not know anything about sales and her tactics of making you feel like you have to have these treatments if not, you’ll look horrible is not the way to go. Needless to say, I will never come back the way they made me feel was terrible and the facial was not what they were advertising online. Also the restroom is outside the business that they share with other offices which I did not like.
