Pleasant experience overall. My doctor was Nikki she was quick but made me feel like she cared. And she touched me without gloves and that made me feel better like I didn't have the plague. overall -very nice experience. I felt uncomfortable about getting undressed for the full body check but she made it a breeze my prescriptions were delivered to me and I am very happy and will return. The front desk was nice and oh they will get that co pay from you on the spot so have that money.

It took me 2 mths to find a good dermatologist which was Charles then to be ran off from his office by his assistant name starts with a J. The assistant asked if I received 3 meds . I told her I thought it two two. She starts to name the meds by their chemical name which I did know. So I ask her to explain the name so I'll know which was which. She started saying the chemical names again. We went through that 3 times. I got upset and just told her sure I guess. She knew I was upset and told the doctor her side of the story to where he didn't ask how I am doing. That's so wrong of the doctor. I guess some doctor forgot patients are the ones paying you not your assistant. I feel so bad now I got to find another clinic because a white woman had a bad day and a man of color didn't matters.

Quality of Care Knowledge and understanding of the skin conditions, medications (prescribed and OTC). Poise accuracy with focus target defiance with clarity between physician and patient. Awesome physician and patient relationships of chronic complex dermatological conditions which takes time and patience for clearance. Very kind, focused and accurate with primary and secondary diagnoses. Listens, ask open-ended questions to the patient to ensure that patient -physician relationship is on-going in sharing patient care. Awesome specialist as dermatologist.

The first time I came here, it was a very positive experience. That was six months ago. Since then, I do not know what has occurred. The employees were basically in pajamas. It was very disorganized. My appointment in total took two hours to get in and out. When I went into the room, the nurse brought in a man with her. I was not informed of who this was or if I was even comfortable having him in the room with us. I was not. I saw Dr. Orleans and she did not have much insight into my questions. She even told me to "let her know how it goes and to tell her what she should recommend in the future". That is not my responsibility frankly. I went in for issues with acne and I asked for a solution. They were not going to prescribe anything until I requested. I waited two hours and the entire visit was about five minutes. Not coming back.
