I always have an amazing experience at North Shore Aesthetics with Onute. Her facials are incredibly relaxing. I often find myself drifting off to sleep during the treatment. She is professional, attentive, and makes every visit feel like a true self-care experience. I always leave looking refreshed, glowing, and feeling better than when I arrived. Highly recommend Onute to anyone looking for exceptional skincare and relaxation.
Great place. Staff is very professional and caring. I had a a couple of chemical peels with Onute and I’m very pleased with my results. She is very honest and knowledgeable about what is best for your skin. She makes you feel so comfortable during your visit. I highly recommend her.
Tracy is simply wonderful. I got recommended by my wife to get free skin analysis done and oh boy it worth the conversation. Tracy was able to analyse areas for improvement in the skin, do a good skin facial and then top of it help consult on some of skin problems. It is wonderful to work with someone who patiently listens to your concerns and does not push for its products. Mostly i saw ladies visiting the place, but guys go get facial, your wives will love the new skin in the game 😂 Enjoy!!!
I received microneedling at this office and experienced a severe adverse reaction that resulted in visible scarring and discoloration that was not present before treatment. I followed all aftercare instructions exactly and used the products provided, yet my skin continued to worsen. I returned for a follow up appointment where photos were taken and have been consistently trying to resolve this for over two months. Despite this, my concerns have been dismissed and I have been denied a refund. I have also repeatedly requested my before and after photos and documentation and have not received them. There appears to be a lack of understanding when treating skin of color, which can respond differently to procedures like microneedling. I would strongly caution others to do thorough research before receiving treatment here
