Getting my permanent eyebrows was on my to do list and I looked into several online. And I kept coming back to NOTO Aesthetics in Delaware. Finally made my appointment.When I went was nervous,excited and ALL the Feelings.But I was greeted by Fia she was so nice and pleasant I felt very at ease.She explained every move and always made sure I was comfortable. The final result I couldn’t smile hard enough so Happy with the results! She did an excellent job! The salon is so beautifully decorated. The results and experience 10 out 10! I can’t recommend Fia highly enough. From the moment I walked into her beautiful studio, I felt comfortable and confident that I was in the right hands. She made the entire experience enjoyable with her warmth, professionalism, and sense of humor. She is incredibly easy to talk to and immediately puts you at ease. What impressed me most was how much time and care she put into creating the right shape for my powder ombré brows (which I’m extremely pleased with!). She never rushed the process. Every step felt thoughtful, precise, and intentional. I have sensitive skin, and she was extremely gentle and attentive throughout the procedure, always prioritizing comfort and healing rather than speed. Because of that care, my healing process has been going remarkably well. It’s obvious she focuses on long-term results, not just getting someone in and out of the chair. She is also exceptionally knowledgeable. Throughout the appointment, she demonstrated a level of expertise that made me trust her completely. She took the time to explain her reasoning, discuss technique, and share examples that showed just how much experience and understanding she has of her craft. If you've been on the fence about microblading your brows take this as your sign - DO it. Fia is amazing and from the second I walked into her salon she greeted me with a hug and reassured me not to be nervous. She talked through every step of the process and constantly checked in with me to make sure I was okay with the shape, etc. After overplucking my brows in high school and never being able to get them to grow back symmetrically the way I wanted them, I researched around and was sent to NOTO from a friend's recommendation and I am SO happy I went. Getting my brows done by Fia was the best decision I made. She is very professional and does her job well. My brows are so beautiful and looks natural. Her studio is beautiful and welcoming. From the moment you entered, she treats you like a family. The conversations were positive and enlightening.
