Love love love the results!! Rachel always does just what is needed. And she is honest about everything even if you are thinking about doing something she let's you know the good or not so good.
Started my weight loss journey today with getting setup with Tirzepatide shots. The initial appointment was fast, easy and informative. We'll see how the shots work.

I have received exceptional service from Novo, so I had to come update my review. My mother in law is using Hers and has had so many issues, yet she can never reach anyone to speak with for advice or assistance and she was having a lot of negative side effects and becoming very discouraged. She was ready to quit, but I told her that my experience with Novo is the opposite, and that Rachel is available anytime to answer questions and offer support. I gave her the number to Novo, and Rachel took her call after hours and answered her questions, and gave her advice that helped her so much - even though she's not a client. Not only will my mother in law be switching to Novo when her medicine is gone, but because of how kind they were to myself and his mom, my husband is going to make an appointment and start going to Novo. 10/10 - highly recommend!
