You feel more than welcome at the Novobay Clinic! Chunlei works very professionally. In addition to her expertise, I particularly appreciated her friendly and respectful manner. I have visited Chunlei several times for Botox treatments, and she has consistently done an excellent job. As a Registered Nurse, she is highly experienced in the medical field and takes ample time to discuss the procedure in detail. Chunlei is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. The office where she performs her procedures is always clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend Chunlei for anyone considering Botox treatments.
I’ve been seeing Chunlei for micro needling and would highly recommend her! She explains the process very thoroughly and has an incredibly kind and welcoming approach. She makes the process as comfortable and relaxing as possible and follows up to make sure recovery is going well. I’ve been very pleased with the results so far and am so glad that I found her!
