The staff is very professional and personable. The office is clean and relaxing. The doctor is a gift from God. She is very patient and gentle. I will recommend her office to anyone who needs a doctor with good bedside manners
I saw the PA for two visits. I felt the care was adequate, not exceptional. I’m frustrated with the billing. They will ask you for the copay and then charge you for procedures that insurance may cover 100%. I’m having a hard time getting reimbursed but the office manager is responsive, so I’m hopeful. IF I return to this office, I would ask them to bill insurance first.
My first visit was a pleasant experience. The front desk staff was welcoming and professional and the MA and PA were efficient and thorough and a pleasure to work with.
Dr. Nyanda is awesome! She first completed a thorough exam to check for any abnormal spots. During the actual biopsy procedure, she makes you feel so comfortable, by talking to you about you and your life. She's very personable and treats you like an old friend. I will definitely be going back to her practice for any dermatology condition. Also her assistant was fantastic, she explained everything she was doing while prepping for the surgery, there was NO PAIN at all, I might add. 😁 The front desk people treat you with the utmost courtesy and respect as well. Overall my visits to Dr. Nyanda have been spot on. I'm so very happy I found them! I definitely recommend this practice and these people. 😊
