Amazing experience at Oasis IV Med Spa. Staff are very attentive and the provider (Luis) genuinely cares about every aspect of the patients health and overall well being. Luis is thorough and descriptive about the services that you will receive under his care and very knowledgeable about the human anatomy to help patients better understand the root cause of the patients pain/discomfort (in my case: shoulders-PRP). Providers assistant Lina is very kind and hospitable and helpful with appointments. Phlebotomist Ana is great if you’re not the keen of needles. Very satisfied with the care received.
I had PRP done on my knee for a torn meniscus with Luis, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the start, Luis was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain the entire process clearly, which made me feel confident and comfortable moving forward. Since the treatment, my knee has been feeling great. I’ve been able to return to many of my normal activities, including golf, HIIT workouts, and leg training, with significantly less discomfort and improved mobility. The progress has honestly exceeded my expectations. If you’re considering PRP or dealing with a knee injury, I highly recommend Luis. His expertise and care truly made a difference in my recovery.
