I typically only get lash and brow tinting done but everyone I’ve gone to has done a superb job. I recently saw Rachel and she offered to trim my eyebrows and tint them slightly darker so it would last longer, which was an amazing recommendation! I also had my underarms waxed for an upcoming trip. Rachel fit everything in as efficiently as possible. I plan to go back soon to try out a facial.
I did not have a good facial experience. I read through the reviews and I think I may have gotten the same “facialist” that another reviewer did. She was sweet but clearly very very inexperienced. It was the weirdest facial I have ever received. I have no idea what she did and she never talked at all. Never communicated anything about what she was doing and the massage was so odd. Almost like my 5 year old was trying to pretend to be a massage therapist. I then went to the sauna. Let me tell you. Don’t do the sauna. It was beyond not worth it. Again, I was given absolutely no direction at all. I am still so confused about the experience. I didn’t say much in the moment because I was genuinely so confused about what was happening. I would not recommend getting a facial here at all.
Had a great haircut with Sama. She talked me through what I wanted and checked in along the way. She was very knowledgeable about my specific needs and was super kind. I’m super happy with my cut. Thank you!
I’ve been going to this spa for my facial for a year now and it’s one of the best! Highly recommend the signature facial with Rachel or Donia. Very relaxing 90 minutes and totally worth the price!! My skin feels so much better through the next couple of months always.
