Thank you so much Amy for such an amazing experience! My facial was amazing. She was so gentle and attentive! She explained each step to make me feel at ease. She even stayed a few minutes afterwards and answered questions, even though I was her last appointment! Im so looking forward to my next appointment! Thank you Amy for sharing your knowledge with me!!!!!
I’m giving Omega Spa 1 star because of my experience with their payment process. This was actually the first massage place I booked before having my BBL. They had great reviews, and I specifically chose them because they offered lymphatic drainage massages. I ended up going there at least once a week for about four weeks and consistently paid for my services and tipped. I normally paid using Apple Pay by simply tapping my phone. However, on Monday, August 3, 2026, after Amy finished my lymphatic drainage massage, we went to process my payment. I attempted to use Apple Pay as I normally do, but their system declined the payment twice. I then inserted my physical card, and the payment appeared to go through. Amy told me that the payment had not gone through on their end. I showed her the pending charge in my bank account and explained that the money had already been taken from my account. She called a coworker, and they continued treating the situation as though I had not paid simply because the payment had not cleared on their system yet. They asked to put my payment method on file and charge me again the following day if the original payment did not show as cleared. I agreed to this, even saying I was willing to PAY EXTRA if necessary just to resolve the issue. However, when I gave Amy my card information to put on file, she proceeded to attempt to charge my card again TWICE. Thankfully, I had locked my card before giving her the information. Otherwise, I could have been charged a total of THREE times for one massage. Amy told me that if the original payment did not show as cleared the next day, she would call me. She did call twice and left a voicemail. However, my bank cleared the original charge THAT SAME DAY. I had paid. What really bothered me was how this situation was handled. I had been a consistent customer for an entire month, coming in weekly and tipping, so to have them assume I hadn’t paid simply because their system had not reflected the payment yet was extremely frustrating. I understand that payment systems can have issues, but attempting to charge my card multiple times before verifying whether the original payment had actually cleared is unacceptable to me. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I do not recommend Omega Spa. I will not be returning.
Injected my face without consulting me on where exactly i wanted to focus on. Didn’t ask how my previous Botox was, if I wanted changes… literally no consultation. Reception didn’t include my Alle/Aspire points that discounts my price. After checkout, I noticed on my way home and called back. They were closing in an hour (which is no excuse for getting the run around) so It took calling a few times of calling and talking to two different people to get them to charge my card on file for the correct price and void the original incorrect price (which they didn’t want to do). The person I spoke to that issued me a refund/ void was unprofessional during our brief conversation. It was obvious she did not want to fix their mistake. Also— based off other reviews, seems like there other people having issues with price and payments. Maybe they should focus less on creating Instagram reels and focus more on client care/customer service. Cringy. Gross.
I drive on an hour to get to Omega Med Spa. God only knows how many spas I pass. But let me tell you, AMY G. is THE BEST. 5 stars just isn't enough. If I could give her a hundred stars, I would! Best customer service and she keeps my appearance flawless. Call her!
