OVME Bethesda

I haven’t had the best experience during my last two visits. This isn’t a reflection on the injectors or aestheticians themselves, but rather on the lack of communication and attention, the mismanagement of my time, and the way information was communicated and handled. I’ve already reached out to client services, so I’m going to give them the opportunity to address these concerns before sharing the specific details in a public review. I have one month remaining in my three-month commitment, and I’m hopeful to see meaningful improvements so I don’t have to cancel my membership. Update: I wanted to provide an updated review because OVME Bethesda went above and beyond to make things right after my previous experience. The team reached out to the office where I hold my membership, listened to my concerns, and handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. They even provided a gift card for the inconvenience, which I truly appreciated, but more importantly, they made me feel heard and valued as a client. Everyone I interacted with was courteous, respectful, and understanding. The services I received were excellent, and the experience reminded me why I chose OVME in the first place. Great customer service isn’t about never making mistakes. It’s about how a company responds when something doesn’t go as planned, and OVME absolutely stood behind their commitment to their clients. I highly recommend the Bethesda team and appreciate the effort they made to ensure I had a positive experience.

I had my first facial here yesterday, and my experience was mixed. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming! The facial itself was okay, but there were a few things that left me disappointed. The treatment room was very small, and it didn't feel particularly comfortable. I was also surprised when the esthetician told me I had acne. I have sensitive skin with some hyperpigmentation and only occasional breakouts, but I never had acne. So the assessment didn't seem accurate. She also asked about my skincare routine and I showed her the exosome serum I already use. After the facial, she recommended the exosome serum they sell, which I found confusing since I had just shown her that I already use one. It felt more like a sales pitch than personalized advice. Finally, the esthetician said she would send me information about my visit afterward, but it's been more than 24 hours and I still haven't received anything. Overall, the facial was decent, but the consultation and follow-up could definitely be improved.

The girl who did my hydrafacial was amazing! But I was recently charged $300.... $100 a month for January, February and March for canceling my appointment. They took the $300 put all at once without notice. I'm a nurse, I work overnight so I've had to cancel/reschedule my hydrafacial (apparently 3xs in January, February, and March) and instead of notifying me or reaching out, they waited for 3 months to pass and charge me $300. I have been a loyal customer to Ovme since 2022, have a membership that I pay $199 a month for, on top of tipping, buying packages and facial care products. I think that was a poor business practice to take $300 out of my account without notice and/or reaching out. And when I reached out to see why I was charged, the secretary was talking over me and wasn't helpful. Apparently their billing audit didn't catch the rescheduling until 3 months later. If i was charged appropriately in jan/feb/March I would have understood, but just taking money out of my account 3 months later...I will not be returning to this location.

UPDATE: I’ve been seeing Paige for Hydrafacials and VI Peels, and the results have been incredible. I’ve never gotten so many compliments on my skin, the texture is truly glass-like, and I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in my hyperpigmentation. After 10 years of getting Hydrafacials, I can confidently say Paige is the best I’ve had, both in her technique and in the serums she uses. She’s also incredibly knowledgeable about skincare, which really shows in how personalized and effective her treatments are. My first visit was with Berenice for a Hydrafacial, and I loved the results. I also really appreciated that they use Revision Skincare and SkinMedica, two brands I trust for both quality and effectiveness. It’s rare to find a place that not only carries them but actually incorporates them into treatments. The experience was so positive that I signed up for a membership, not because of any pressure, but because it genuinely made sense for my skincare goals. The entire staff is consistently warm and welcoming, and I’m always excited for my next visit.
