OVME Peachtree City

I was very disappointed with my consultation at OVME today. I scheduled a consultation for a Broadband Laser treatment because I've had this procedure before, with great results. The consultation consisted of a very short questionnaire, and after I mentioned that I work outside, I was immediately told I was not a candidate for the treatment. I was told I was a level 4 and the ideal customer was a level 3. I have never been refused a service that I am paying for. What frustrated me was that no follow-up questions about my job were asked or whether I could limit my sun exposure during the healing period. I own my own business and have complete control over my schedule, so avoiding the sun would not have been an issue. Instead of taking the time to understand my situation, I felt like the conversation quickly shifted toward trying to sell me a series of chemical peels, which I declined. After spending about 45 minutes there, I left feeling like my time had been totally wasted. As soon as I left, I called my dermatologist's office and scheduled a Broadband Laser treatment for this Friday, where they had no concerns. I expected a more personalized consultation rather than a one-size-fits-all decision based on a single answer in a questionnaire. Unfortunately, this experience left me extremely disappointed. I will not return to OVME, nor recommend OVME to any of my friends.

Loved my facial and the aesthetician! It was a wonderful and comfortable experience. I loved how she explained everything as she was doing it. She also shared her knowledge and gave me some pointers on how to care for my skin. She also told me about what Ovme offers as far as other treatments, enhancements, and products. Great experience!!!

Great, friendly staff and everyone was extremely professional. Unfortunately, I’m not very happy with my results. I came in wanting lip filler primarily to add more height to my lips rather than projection. My nurse injected 0.8 mL. At my two-week follow-up appointment, I was told that some of the filler had migrated outside the border of my lips and that she was able to dissolve it. I was also told that this would be done at no additional cost, along with any other touch-ups I might need within eight weeks. Because I still felt that something didn’t look right, I made an appointment with a board-certified surgeon for a second opinion. I was told that my lips had not been filled particularly well, that there was an unflattering amount of projection in my upper lip, and that when I smiled, visible pouches of filler were apparent and were not considered normal. At my appointment to have the migrated filler dissolved, I brought up the pouches of filler as well. I was told that they were normal, although they didn’t look or feel normal to me, but that she could dissolve them anyway if I wanted. It has now been about four days since that appointment. My upper lip has deflated quite a bit, and my lips still feel lumpy. I was told that if too much filler was dissolved, I could come back for another touch-up and have more filler added. However, I don’t have the time or desire to keep going back and forth getting injections and trying to correct the results, so at this point, I’ve decided to accept them as they are. The staff was genuinely kind and professional, but unfortunately, my experience with the actual results was disappointing. I strongly recommend doing thorough research and choosing a highly trained, board-certified professional with extensive experience in lip filler before getting the procedure.

This was my first time getting fillers. My initial consult was with the primary injector, Bettina for a free consult. We discussed what my goals and treatment plan would be. I came back a couple weeks later to get my filler injections. When I went in for my fillers Bettina was on vacation and another person from a different OVME did my fillers. I didn't feel the fillers took care of the areas I was most concerned about, so I reached out to the office. They were very understanding and had me come back in to see Bettina. Bettina did some touch up fillers. I am very happy with the results. Bettina is excellent at her job. she was very meticulous and made sure my end result was exactly what I was looking for. The office staff was also very friendly, responsive and helpful.
