Oxygen Med Spa

I have to really take my time because I don't want to sound as if I'm ranting. I've had the worst experience ever dealing with Terri. I made an appointment at Oxygen Med Spa after reading all the great reviews for a skin tightening facial. I was treating myself for my Birthday before I went out of the country on vacation. I didn't ask for anyone in particular being it was my first time there. It was with Terri. I arrive, she tells me that she ordered some new fancy machine that she's waiting for and I should come back for that. I said let me get the microderm facial, she says I don't need it, save my money to come back in two wks. The two wks pass I call day before my appt to dbl chk all is good, asking for a call back. Nothing. So I assume all is good, driving there I get a call stating she hasn't received machine yet!. This goes on until the 4th rescheduled appointment. Which she had offered to give me for "free" due to all the cancelations. She then texts me to cancel this last appointment because she said she needs to be trained on said machine. Did she not realize this before making appointment?!. Unbelievable! I have been getting facials for years. This is Not how you treat a prospective new client, unless You are Not wanted as a client which is how I felt. Finally today, was the day! She text me "she hasn't forgotten me" , which I was grateful for. I could come in today 330p. I'm thinking I was going to get this Long Awaited for facial w her new fancy machine. NO. She doesn't remember me, I said my name, reiterated how I was rescheduled 5 times. Oh yea she says . Not an apology, Not a Thank you for being so patient. On the contrary, I begin to feel like this was a big mistake. I was early, she said she was expecting a 3p. I said of course I know I was early. I'll just wait. She said she will treat me to something meanwhile , puts some numbing cream on my neck n jawline. Then comes back and does some machine that felt like a staple gun. I've had a series of micro- needling done so I know the difference. And that was it! I did Not get the fancy machine facial, She insisted I wait on. Nothing ! She walks out of room. She couldn't care less that I was upset. It's disheartening to read the other reviews of how great a service Terri has given to others. Makes me wonder, is it Personal? She doesn't know me. I didn't go in asking for her fancy machine, I booked online for a service it already offered and I got nothing but made to feel like my business and money wasn't welcomed. I don't want to think its because I'm Hispanic. I don't want to go there. But Terri was very unprofessional and very rude at least to me.

I had the laser hair removal treatment done on certain areas of my neck, and with just 2 appointments, the hair had come back weaker each time, and has almost disappeared! Along with the impeccable treatments, the staff and Terry do their absolute best to ensure the best service. You have truly outdone yourself! Thank you so much for your time Terry!

I struggled a lot with acne and acne scarring, but I got amazing results after coming to OXYGEN. The results started showing after just one treatment. I am very satisfied with how my face turned out! Not only is the acne gone, but also the scars and I don’t get alot of active pimples anymore as well. I definantly recommend coming to oxygen med spa if you are struggling with any acne, scars, redness or texture, you won’t be disappointed!

I posted a before and after photo on social media of an IPL treatment that I got (NOT from Oxygen Med Spa). Two years later, I came across an Oxygen instagram ad that used my photo without my permission, as if they did my treatment. I would not trust a business that falsely advertises like this. EDIT: In response to the owner's comment, I emailed them immediately upon seeing the ad and they never responded to me.
