The only reason why this place would even deserve 5-stars is because of my technician Autumn. The constant rescheduling is frustrating and my First experience with them was also extremely disappointing due to the tech spending less than five minutes with me for a large area of laser removal..she barely touched me. As someone who also works in the aesthetics industry, I know very well that she did not do her job correctly. However working with Autumn today was a pleasure. She was very very thorough and took her time making sure that she was treating all the areas I’m actually paying for. If you’re not seeing Autumn, don’t waste your time with this place!
