I have been to the Palmetto Medspa a few times, for Botox and fillers and I can truly say that they are amazing! Jessica is so friendly and polite and very professional and makes you feel at home. Jaime did and does an amazing job in keeping me looking young! He explains everything prior and during the procedure and goes at your pace. My results are flawless! Go and check them out! They are convenient and affordable and highly recommended. They always have the best specials for every occasion.
Bertha made this place impeccable!!!!The best place in town! Amazing atmosphere, beautiful all around, staff is incredible! She really brought it to the next level. They all make me feel like a queen! I have been doing my laser hair removal and Jessica is the best! She is so mindful and caring about all the details and is always making sure I am comfortable. I cannot recommend them enough! If you are looking for five star treatment, this is the place to go!
I had a great experience at Palmetto Bay med spa. The location is super convenient, the office is clean and modern and the staff was extremely friendly. I saw Jaime. He was very patient with all of my questions and in no way was he pushing me to get anything done but really took the time to provide all the information in order for me to make the right decision for myself. I highly recommend them. I’ve already referred a few friends and I will definitely be setting another appointment
Perfect place. Has everything you could ask for, clean, friendly, easy to find and best is availability. I have had two tattoos that I have been wanting to remove for years but never did because I couldn't find the right place. Jessica is the best. She is polite and takes time to make you feel at ease. She goes at a pace where you feel comfortable and if you are willing to keep going she powers on like a machine. At no time did I feel like she was getting tired and just wanted to get me out. They really care about giving you the best results possible. So be at ease that they aren't just trying to have you keep coming back just to charge you. I'm very happy with my results and I had a tribal sun all in black ink. Give them a try without worry and ask for jessica
